Our vision is centered on facilitating successful and compassionate transitions for our clients while also fostering a workplace where our team members find purpose and joy, both professionally and personally.

Founded in 2015 by Elise Buie, our Seattle-based firm has embraced remote operations from day one. At EBFLG, we pride ourselves on maintaining civility throughout the divorce process and advocating fiercely for our clients and their children, ensuring they emerge from challenges with dignity and resilience.

We are leading a shift toward collaborative, family centered legal practice, with a long-term vision of becoming the firm families trust before, during, and after major life transitions.

We are looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Contract Legal Sales Consultant (Client Relationship Manager) who excels at consultative conversations, builds trust with ease, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families navigating transition.
