Kat Ryder is the Chief Strategic Growth Officer (CSGO) of Elise Buie Family Law Group (EBFLG). As the CSGO, Kat focuses on increasing operational efficiency and driving strategic growth initiatives. She fosters our leadership culture grounded in integrity, compassion, and excellence.
With over a decade of leadership experience, Kat is a dynamic and results-driven executive known for steering organizations through operational transformation, strategic expansion, and technological innovation. She loves working on high impact, cross functional initiatives that tackle big changes and tough challenges.
Kat holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and History, as well as an MBA from Xavier University. Originally from Ohio, she now lives in Chicago with her husband, their dog Mr. Feeny, and their cat Cory. Outside of work, you’ll find Kat reading, traveling, or spending time with family.
