Laura Arthur is an accomplished attorney-at-law with 26 years of expertise in corporate finance, real estate, and estate planning. Throughout her distinguished career, she has led and shaped law firms, drawing on her extensive experience to guide clients and colleagues alike. Her passion is law firm management, having dedicated her career to leading legal teams and driving operational excellence. She specializes in streamlining processes and optimizing procedures to enhance efficiency, ensuring that both personnel and clients experience the highest standards of service.

Beyond her professional achievements, Laura is a 9-year breast cancer survivor whose personal journey fuels her mission of inspiring others with the light of life on the other side of cancer. Her resilience and dedication to empowering others are at the heart of her work, as she champions causes that uplift and inspire individuals to persist through life’s challenges.

A native of Barbados, Laura was raised in the British Virgin Islands and considers both islands home. She has been married to the love of her life, Winston—a lawyer turned Episcopal priest—for 17 years and is the proud mother of 25-year-old Symone, 15-year-old Richie, and two canines, Mr. Bates and Hiro.
