About Insight Divorce Solutions Divorce Coaching

Insight Divorce Solutions is a 12-week coaching program offered at no additional cost to qualifying clients who retain our firm for active Seattle family law and Washington divorce matters.

This program is optional and fully separate from legal representation. It will not provide you with legal advice and will not replace guidance from your divorce attorney. Instead, it offers structured coaching focused on communication, emotional regulation, decision-making, and practical planning during divorce.

The goal is simple. And that is to provide another layer of support while clients move through their legal case.

Even with guidance from a Seattle divorce attorney or Washington family law attorney, clients often experience periods where decisions feel overwhelming or difficult to process. This is because divorce involves more than legal filings and dividing assets under community property laws.

First, clients will be able to log on to a private online portal with video-based lessons organized according to common divorce-related topics. These materials focus on communication, decision-making, and emotional responses during a Washington family law case.

Second, clients will have the opportunity to participate in weekly live group coaching sessions. These sessions provide a structured setting where clients can ask questions, explore personal challenges, and receive coaching support in real time.

Third, clients will have access to a private online community group. This service connects clients who are going through Seattle divorce cases and other Washington family law matters with those experiencing similar transitions.

Taken together, these three services have the potential to provide comprehensive divorce support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

How This Free-to-You Divorce Coaching Service Works Alongside Your Family Law Case

Because Insight Divorce Solutions operates independently from your legal representation, your attorney will continue to provide all legal advice, case strategy, and advocacy to you throughout your Washington family law matter. Your participation in this program will not affect your case in any way. The coaching program is designed to augment your divorce support, not replace or influence it.

Separation Between Divorce Coaching and Legal Representation

There is a clear separation between Insight Divorce Solutions and Elise Buie Family Law Group. The coaching team at Insight Divorce Solutions does not communicate with our attorneys about client cases. Likewise, our legal team does not share case information with the coaching program.

This demarcation helps protect confidentiality. It also allows clients to receive focused legal guidance from their attorney and independent support from the coaching program without one service influencing the other. 

Eligibility for Our Seattle and Washington Family Law Clients

We are offering this program to qualifying clients. Qualifying clients are those with active family law matters, including Seattle divorce cases and Washington family law proceedings involving dissolution of marriage, with or without children, as well as certain limited scope matters that meet program criteria.

Clients in the final stages of a case or matters that are closing are generally not included, as the program is intended for active cases. New clients who meet eligibility requirements may receive an invitation after signing an engagement agreement.

Participation in Divorce Coaching Is Always Optional

Clients are never required to participate. If you receive an invitation, you can choose whether the program feels helpful for your situation. If you decide to join, you can begin right away. If you later decide it is not the right fit, you can opt out at any time.
