Client Care Coordinator – Team Lead

Website Elise Buie Family Law Group, PLLC

Your family's future is our first priority

Join a Firm Redefining Family Law in Washington

At Elise Buie Family Law Group (“EBFLG”), we redefine the standard of care in family law. We offer a dynamic and innovative work culture designed to empower you. Our vision is centered on facilitating successful and compassionate transitions for our clients while also fostering a workplace where our team members find purpose and joy, both professionally and personally.

Founded in 2015 by Elise Buie, our Seattle-based firm has embraced remote operations from day one. At EBFLG, we pride ourselves on maintaining civility throughout the divorce process and advocating fiercely for our clients and their children, ensuring they emerge from challenges with dignity and resilience.

We are building the premier family law firm in Washington. A firm that combines exceptional legal advocacy with deep emotional intelligence and a fundamentally more thoughtful approach to family transitions. Our work goes beyond traditional litigation. We are leading a shift toward collaborative, family-centered legal practice, with a long-term vision of becoming the firm families trust before, during, and after major life transitions.

We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator with team lead experience who wants to be the first point of contact for individuals facing life transitions, deliver an exceptional client experience, and help lead and grow a team shaping the future of family law.

The Opportunity

At Elise Buie Family Law Group, we believe family law can be practiced with both excellence and compassion. We’re looking for a skilled, emotionally intelligent Client Care Coordinator with proven team lead experience who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families navigating transition.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential new clients, guiding them through their initial interactions with our firm with clarity, warmth, and care. You’ll be trusted to build relationships, convert qualified potential new clients into scheduled consultations, and support clients while contributing ideas, improving processes, and helping shape an exceptional client experience. As a team lead, you’ll also help guide, coach, and support fellow team members, setting the standard for our client-care experience.

We are a team that values growth, connection, professionalism, and radical candor. If you’re someone who enjoys meaningful work, strong teamwork, and continuous learning, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a team lead — guiding, coaching, and supporting fellow Client Care team members
  • Build relationships with potential new clients and serve as a welcoming first point of contact
  • Maintain target conversion rates by successfully converting qualified potential new clients (PNCs) into
    scheduled consultations
  • Demonstrate consistent responsiveness through timely communication and systematic follow-up with all
    PNCs
  • Deliver an exceptional PNC experience through accurate needs assessment, empathetic and professional
    communication, and timely consultation booking
  • Handle confidential client and firm matters with discretion
  • Perform data entry and management within a CRM with keen attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client intake processes and improve firm-client relationships
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings and participate in continuous learning opportunities
