At EBFLG, we pride ourselves on maintaining civility throughout the divorce process and advocating fiercely for our clients and their children, ensuring they emerge from challenges with dignity and resilience.

We are building the premier family law firm in Washington. A firm that combines exceptional legal advocacy with deep emotional intelligence and a fundamentally more thoughtful approach to family transitions. Our work goes beyond traditional litigation. We are leading a shift toward collaborative, family-centered legal practice, with a long-term vision of becoming the firm families trust before, during, and after major life transitions.

We are looking for a Washington-licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience who wants to do high-level legal work, contribute to a forward-thinking firm, and grow as part of a team shaping the future of family law.

  • Advise clients holistically on legal strategy with clarity, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Collaborate with a team committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered outcomes
